For one of our main IT customers, we are looking for a Product Designer. The person will be focused on: working on bing maps, focusing on experience and design, creating content and experiences for that.General Data:Type of contract: IndefiniteHours: 09:00h - 18:00h (40 hours)Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)Start Date: ASAPSalary range: 65K - 75KResponsabilities:As a Product Designer on Bing Maps, you will:Plan and design new web experiences at Microsoft with clarity and energy, following human-centered design principles.Collaborate with cross-Microsoft teams to drive the experience for Maps.Maintain a consistent voice, tone, look, and feel across product scenarios, aligned to the Microsoft design system.Work within a clear design process, driving clarity and accountability throughout the product funnel and lifecycle, and iterating based on metrics and user feedback.Exhibit and inspire innovative thinking.Champion inclusive and customer-centric product thinking, acting as the voice of the customer.Advocate for design with partners and design leadership.Work with user researchers, engage with customers directly, and explore new experience opportunities.Requirements:Availability for 3-4 days a week during evening hours European time (16:00 - 19:00 GMT+1).Experience in designing user interfaces for web, software, and/or hardware products, and writing functionality design specifications.Ability to design and implement prototypes, mockups, task analysis, usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to generate and present design ideas and understand and integrate customer needs and motivations into product design.Skills: 3-5 years work-related experience. Strong knowledge of user interface and functionality design, web technologies (Understanding how HTML and CSS work), and standard design software tools (ex. Figma).Strong creative skills, interaction design, and attention to product craft.Experience with database served websites, rich client or web applications, and cartography or location-related products is a plus.Familiarity with industry standards and trends.Familiarity of working with design systems.The ideal portfolio medium to high experience level, self started, understands core fundamental design and UX flows, experience with design systems.Pretty well rounded, probably work in and they must have a portfolio website.Languages:English: minimum C1Please, attach your CV in English.Thank you!
