Job Title: Business Data Analyst - Supply Chain Data & Analytics
Must be fluent (Bi-Lingual) in written and spoken English and Spanish.
Job Requirements: Business Data Analyst - Supply Chain Data & Analytics
This role needs to be savvy on Data Management (Data Catalog, Data Quality, Data governance, Data Ingestion) and Program Management to run efficiently BAU activities and monitor progress in Jira/Excel/MS Project, etc.
Key activities as below:
1. Connect with business roles and onboard them to the different Data Excellence activities, mainly new onboarding of data and cataloging.
2. Retrieve business value of data initiatives to consolidate a business case, and then track the value realization of initiatives and the cost of having them developed. Here the key is to maintain a good relationship with Digital team and business users developing use cases. There is a big portfolio of downstream users. Also, this person should track costs across the entire Data Hub program and help to put together executive summaries of actual vs forecasted cost and value realization progress.
3. Document the required business outcomes of the onboarding process and send communications to users and support them through the Teams Supply Chain Data Hub Community.
4. Support on running Data Management activities coordinating business roles (Data Catalog, Data Quality checks, etc.).
5. Eventually, creating Training Material for end users on different Data Management aspects or how to use tools (Jira, Collibra, Teams, Snowflake). The role does not need to know about the tools, but being able to learn how to use them at a user level and then document it.
Some technical experience with databases and being able to run simple queries to retrieve data management insights needed. An example would be, considering we have a table with all the usage of the data lake, being able to extract who are the top 3 users of a specific table.
