WHAT YOU’LL DO
🌈 Culture Curator: Infuse IKONO’s values into every aspect of our day-to-day! You’ll lead initiatives that connect employees to our culture, values, and purpose, turning them into experiences people remember.
🤝 Employee Engagement Pro: Design activities that bring our team together, whether it’s through team-building, social events, or unique recognition programs.
🔗 Communication Champion: Act as a bridge across teams and locations. You’ll ensure everyone is informed and included, keeping the team connected to our mission and each other.
🎉 Event Maestro: Take the lead on organizing unforgettable moments—milestone celebrations, bonding events, or wellness days. You know how to create and execute experiences that energize and inspire!
✨ Ambassador of IKONO’s Spirit: Live and breathe our values. You’ll be the embodiment of our culture, showing up with kindness, positivity, and a passion for making IKONO the best place to work.

YOU BRING
🎓 A degree in Psychology, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but we’re open to relevant experience and passion.
🌍 With our global team, fluency in English (native or C2 level) is key to connecting with people across our seven (and growing) locations. Other languages are a bonus!
📅 Project Management Skills: You’re organized and efficient, skilled in agile methodologies, and thrive on juggling multiple projects seamlessly.
💡 Culture-Building Experience: You’ve worked in a role that contributed to building culture and engagement in fast-paced environments like startups.
