We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
2. Manage a contact list
3. Create presentations, as assigned
4. Perform market research
5. Address employees' administrative queries
Requirements:
1. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
2. Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
3. Excellent time management skills
4. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or relevant role
