Position summary:
Sterling Technology, a TransPerfect company, is seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy Executive, Customer Services with superior communication skills to join our international team from the Madrid office. This is a permanent role for an experienced Customer Service professional looking to continue their career in a stable position within a highly reputable company.
They will have a diverse variety of tasks including the preparation and shipment of highly-sensitive data archives, as well as delivering outstanding customer service to key global clients. They should thrive when working with both internal teams, as well as external clients and vendors, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with an impeccable eye for detail.
Position responsibilities:
* Respond to client requests for Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) and oversee the archive production process, collaborating with global teams for accurate data extraction and transfer to ensure that customized data requirements are met.
* Conduct and coordinate multiple rounds of quality checks on data transfers and final archive products to ensure zero-error and safely archive encrypted files onto secure USBs.
* Organize and monitor the shipment of deliverables their timely arrival within agreed deadlines.
* Follow all applicable Best Practice and Workflow procedures at all times, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of archive production activities for accountability in audits when necessary, and in eye of process improvement.
* Ensure proper documentation for job tracking and billing information is current and accurate.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients via phone or email, developing and nurturing positive relationships in order to anticipate and manage their needs effectively.
* Advise clients on workflow and VDR processes, organize and host online client trainings and provide ongoing technical product support as needed.
* Perform any other special tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role as assigned by the manager/supervisor
Essential skills and experience required:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
* Superior written and verbal communication skills in English with a focus on professionalism and clarity
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a B2B customer service role in a corporate environment
* Attention to detail with a natural ability to focus on accuracy and precision in tasks
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Highly motivated team player with exceptional active listening and interpersonal skills
* Tech proficiency, comfortable with using software and tools to manage data (training will be provided)
* Curious with a desire to grow ad continually learn and develop skills
* Resilient with a positive, “can-do” attitude
Desired skills and experience:
* Professional working proficiency in additional foreign languages (French, Italian or German would be a plus)
* Previous experience in the technology, software, or IT sector
