About The Position
We are looking for a Spain Sales Senior Specialist (Cataluña, Aragón, Valencia Baleares and Andorra) to join the Aftermarket Spain team. This position is based at our office in Llinars del Valles (Barcelona).
As a "Sales Senior Specialist," reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the customer portfolio in the assigned area, ensuring sales growth and customer loyalty.
What Qualifications You Will Bring
* Minimum experience of 3-5 years in B2B sales in the automotive sector or similar.
* Knowledge of the spare parts market and distribution in the area.
* Negotiation skills, results-oriented, and proactive.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
* Manage and expand the customer portfolio in the assigned area.
* Identify business opportunities.
* Advise customers on the product catalog and offer tailored solutions.
* Meet commercial and billing targets.
* Analyze the market, identify trends, and propose growth strategies.
* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure optimal service.
* Regularly report commercial activities and results.
