What we offer:
-Assist management in its daily accounting and financial responsibilities
-Maintain general accounting and be the contact person for the shared service center on the accounting/finance side
-Carry out a monthly review of accounts (balance sheet / charges) and carry out consistency analyzes
-Prepare current tax declarations (VAT, Income Tax, etc.)
-To be familiar with the AEAT mail box
- Support monthly closing tasks
-Prepare weekly documentation to be treated in the bank
-Support Shared Service Center with reporting packages, balance sheet and accounting annexes
-Actively participate in the implementation of a new accounting and management tool
-Understand and study the financial and accounting processes of the new tool
-Test processes, report and participate in problem resolution
-Participation in data migration management in collaboration with other financial services
-Monitor customer collections in collaboration with the shared service and management
-Participate in internal and external audits
-Ensure the proper application of existing rules and procedures
Tasks and Qualifications:
-Experience: minimum from 5 to 10 years in general accounting
-Qualification: Masters Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
-Broad knowledge of IFRS, PGC accounting standards
-Deep knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
-Proficiency in Business English
-Proactive, autonomous and team player
-Detail-minded accounting
-Excellent analytical skills
-Desirable: experience in a consulting/audit firm
