MISSION OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sustainability Data Analyst to support the collection, analysis, and reporting of sustainability data across various domains such as environmental management, employee health and safety, training, and other relevant sustainability areas. This role will involve working closely with teams in different countries to gather data, audit it against evidence, and manage the information in a structured repository. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with timelines and contributing to process optimization efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Data Collection: Gather sustainability data across various areas (environmental, employee health and safety, training, etc.) by requesting data from different countries and business units.
* Data Auditing & Validation: Perform audits on the data to ensure its accuracy and consistency with the available evidence. Ensure the data is loaded into the existing data repository in a structured manner.
* Monitoring Compliance: Track and ensure compliance with the established deadlines for data submission and reporting.
* Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to effectively communicate sustainability performance to internal stakeholders.
* Process Optimization Support: Assist in optimizing the processes related to sustainability data collection, management, and reporting to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
* Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Google Drive, or other data visualization platforms).
* Experience with sustainability data management and reporting tools is a plus.
* Knowledge of sustainability-related metrics and frameworks (e.g., environmental impact, health and safety, training metrics) is advantageous.
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
* Proactivity and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
* Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* Problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
* Effective communication skills to work across different teams and countries.
