About the role : We are looking for a team leader with fluent level of English for managing a Clients Fund Treasury team.
What will you do?
* Cash & Liquidity Management: Monitor and analyze daily cash flow to ensure the company has adequate liquidity for operations.
* Banking & Payments: Manage and execute daily bank transactions, including payments, fund transfers, and reconciliations. Control and optimise PSP commissions.
* Financial Risk Management: Assist in managing foreign exchange risk, interest rate risk, and other treasury-related risks.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth treasury operations.
* Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal controls.
* Team Leadership: Lead and develop the team of up to 10 people, providing coaching, mentorship, and training opportunities. Assign tasks, set performance objectives, and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment within the team. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new employees to ensure seamless integration into the team.
Who you are :
* Experience in a similar position of at least 2-3 years with managing a medium size team (in payment providers, fintech, crypto exchanges, and similar fields).
* Treasury and Cash management (segregated / non-segregated clients funds, liquidity management, cash flow forecasting).
* Reconciliation and Financial control (bank and payment provider reconciliation, experience of working with automated reconciliation tools, ledger vs. bank balance matching).
* Payment operations (crypto currency transactions, fund settlement cycles).
* Data analysis and reporting (Excel, SQL, external reporting for regulators and internal treasury reports).
* Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Adaptability to fast-paced environment and problem-solving skills.
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
