Description of the Department/Project:
The department is dedicated to consultative sales of advanced electrical solutions, focusing on medium and low voltage equipment as well as transformers. The position is strategic because it allows for the expansion of our customer base and the implementation of innovative technologies in the market.
* Promotion of advanced electrical solutions.
* Implementation of innovative technologies.

* Improvement of customer satisfaction.
What will you do?
* Conduct consultative sales of medium and low voltage equipment and transformers.
* Understand customer needs and concerns through active listening.
* Identify problems and propose appropriate technical solutions.
* Explain technical concepts clearly and comprehensibly.
* Provide excellent post-sales service and follow-up.
* Analyze monitoring data and perform diagnostics.
* Use tools like BFO to manage customer relationships.
* Implement predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies.
* Establish and maintain trustful relationships with customers.
* Present convincing arguments and data that support the quality and efficiency of products and services.
What will you learn?
* Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations such as IEC 61850 and IEC 600761.
* Strategies to prevent failures and extend the lifespan of equipment.
* Negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Continuous training in the latest technologies and market trends.
* Use of digital tools and sales platforms.
* Understanding of recurring business models and the transition from CAPEX to OPEX.
* Adaptability and willingness to learn and use new technologies.
If you are:
* Fresh graduate in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
* Able to start a 1-year program in May 2025.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
* Familiarity with digital tools and sales platforms.
* Ability to use CRM software and data analysis.
* Open-minded, curious, good communication skills, proactive behavior, autonomous, innovative.
