Marketing Calendar & Strategy Manager
We are looking for a Marketing Calendar & Strategy Manager to develop and recommend marketing objectives, strategies, budgets, and plans to achieve growth, revenue, and profit targets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing plans covering advertising, promotion, product mix, pricing, and channel strategy.
* Design an 18-month promotional calendar pipeline to ensure effective execution and maximize sales/marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate with field operations and other departments to monitor sales and marketing performance against forecasts, recommending and implementing corrective actions when needed.
* Oversee all market research projects, evaluate agency performance, and recommend improvements.
* Take ownership of the business insight ecosystem to support brand and business intelligence.
* Manage menu architecture and pricing strategies to drive sales velocity and maximize profitability across all channels.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with strong knowledge of digital marketing.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager leading teams of talented marketers.
* 5 to 10 years of overall experience in marketing or business roles.
* Retail experience is highly desired.
