Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified HR Admin Spain. This position will be located in (Aznalcazar, Seville).
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Administrative is responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the HR department, ensuring the proper management of employee records, payroll administration and the implementation of HR policies and procedures. This position is temporary.
ORGANIZATIONAL FIT:
This position reports to the HR Supervisor Spain and collaborates with individuals in the department. This position works closely with all employees registered in Spanish social Security.
JOB SETTING:
Office environment. Travel within EMEA may be required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Other duties may be assigned)
1. Payroll Management: Process and verify monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
2. Records Management: Maintain up-to-date employee records, including personal data, contracts and performance evaluations.
3. Recruitment and Selection: Support the hiring process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews and preparing offer letters.
4. Orientation and Training: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and coordinate training and development programs.
5. Communication: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies and procedures.
6. Legal Compliance: Ensure that all HR practices comply with labor laws and internal company policies.
7. Reporting: Prepare reports and data analysis to support departmental decision making.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND TRAINING:
1. Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Technical Skills: Experience in payroll management and use of HR software.
4. Languages: B2 English level (intermediate-high).
5. Skills: Ability to work with precision and diligence, excellent communication skills, organization and attention to detail. Ability to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and to use good judgement in recognizing scope of authority.
6. Must demonstrate professional and ethical business practices, adherence to company values, and a commitment to personal and professional development.
Desired Qualifications:
1. Experience in International mobility.
2. Familiarity with Agrarian regime payroll.
