The VLC HOST team is looking for a new assistant manager to work in our BACK OFFICE department in the city of Valencia. We are dedicated to property management and we need a new team member with energy and desire to work to help us in new projects.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Gestor Back Office Junior located in Valencia.
The selected person will be responsible for day-to-day communication with guests and future clients, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience. He/she will also be in charge of the communication with our FRONT Office related to check-in and check-out of the apartments, upsellings, finance questions and customer service.
A proactive profile is required, with good communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English is a must, as we work with international clients. If you are passionate about the tourism sector and customer service, we want to meet you!
