Lead Brand Development in Spain
We are looking for a leader to drive the brand's growth in Spain, responsible for strategic and long-term planning, communication, portfolio management, and short-term execution. This role requires managing a team of 12 people with diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to shape the brand's direction and transmit it to the entire organization and external stakeholders.
* Nurture the brand's purpose and develop effective communication initiatives for upcoming years.
* Create 360° plans with clear impact on both Off-trade and On-trade channels, working closely with trade-marketing teams.
* Define the innovation pipeline for the next 3 years, including launch plans and collaborating with the Innovation Team.
* Participate in and lead transversal initiatives outside the marketing scope.
Requirements:
* 8-10 years of marketing experience in a leadership position, preferably in FMCG.
* Strong drive, influence, and vision.
* Relevant experience in brand positioning, storytelling, and innovation.
* Excellent business knowledge and analytical skills.
* Results-oriented with high standards of performance.
