Backed by a leading purpose-driven investor and with teams already present in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and the UK, we’re now growing within Spain.We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) (based in Valencia)As Regional Sales Manager you will work closely with the Managing Director Spain to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets for a specific region of our company, while taking accountability for reaching targets and growth objectives. Ultimately, you will manage your region and team to ensure that you meet or exceed the expectations of our business targets and contribute to our company’s success in the long run.What would be your responsibilities and duties?Managing and leading regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and inspire high performance in line with set KPIs and targetsIdentifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer bases across the regionEffectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closureBuilding and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retentionGrowing a sustainable and robust sales pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planningDeveloping & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goalsConducting market research and competitor analysis in the regionPrepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performanceRepresenting the company at regional events and trade showsAnalyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in the regionDeveloping and managing regional sales budgets and expensesMaximise revenue and profits in all sales opportunitiesAdvising the managing director, product management and group management on opportunities and threats in the marketFull compliance with all H&S requirements, including use of correct PPE at all timesTo be successful in this role, you should have:Previous experience of managing small/regional teams of sales representatives while taking accountability for reaching targets and growth objectives.
