The Position
We are looking for a Solution Architect to join one of our teams in the Roche Informatics division. In Roche Informatics, we focus on delivering technology that evolves the practice of medicine and helps patients live better lives.
As a Solution Architect, you will be accountable for the architecture of the Business Developer Tools product.
The team
You will be a part of the global team working on the Business Developer Tools Product which combines the no-code application building platforms and process automation for project and portfolio management platforms consumed by all Roche employees and external Roche customers.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Designing solutions according to enterprise standards
2. Architecture review of currently existing solutions to ensure continuous improvement
3. Research, evaluation, proof of concepts, and adoption of new technologies
4. Designing non-functional requirements and implementation review to identify gaps between design and code
5. Developing architectural strategy and roadmaps
6. Seeking opportunities to create additional value and improve business processes
7. Experience in architecting, building, maintaining, and operating enterprise-grade systems/applications
8. Support and guidance for the platforms’ compliance and security
Your qualifications and experience:
1. 5+ years of relevant experience with software development, integration, architecture design
2. 1+ years of hands-on experience in any of the following areas/technologies:
3. Quickbase
4. Google AppSheet
5. Smartsheet, PPM tools with automation capabilities
6. Airtable
7. Experience working in agile teams (SAFe/Scrum)
8. Experience operating in regulated environments is a plus
9. Strong collaboration and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire
10. Analytical, logical problem-resolution skills
11. Experience in working in a multicultural and international environment
12. Good English reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills

Location:
We offer a hybrid model with a lot of flexibility between Madrid Osiris office. You can also be based in Poland (Warsaw or Poznan).
