Job Description:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing HR expertise and support to drive organizational goals. The HRBP will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. This is a full-time hybrid position, based in our offices in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
* Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment. Requires knowledge of Spanish Labor law context.
* Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. Coach managers to achieve current HR and company vision.
* Performance Management: Progressively apply performance appraisal systems and provide coaching to managers and employees.
* Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills. Overall management of training plan.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and manage HR audits and reporting. Participate in the negotiation and deployment of required DEI plans.
* Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives and help manage the impact on employees.
* HR Metrics: Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
* Communication: Support HR and company communication targets to increase employee alignment with corporate strategy.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
* Experience with HRIS and other HR software (Success Factors preferable).

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese would be a plus.
