ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist for the Iberia region to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through various sales channels. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business success.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Generate new sales opportunities through calls, event management, social media, channel partners, and expanding existing accounts
* Manage the full sales cycle of Leica Geosystems' products, from initial contact to order closure
* Collaborate with appropriate sales channels to secure deals and maximize business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers
* Develop and manage accurate sales forecasts and review sales orders
* Work closely with business development and marketing teams to achieve sales target
* Manage tender announcements
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
* Demonstrated experience in telephone or commercial sales.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build lasting client relationships.
* A proactive, creative, and solution-driven approach with a keen technical aptitude.
* Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.Com.
* Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads and drive sales growth.
* Ideally experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector
LANGUAGE
* Native of fluent in Spanish
* Good working knowledge of English
