About the Role: An international healthcare company seeks a Key Account Manager to oversee strategic accounts within the medical and hospital sector. The role includes managing client relationships, coordinating internal resources, and driving account growth, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of client accounts, keeping CRM data updated and tracking account needs.
* Plan and coordinate client visits alongside specialists and relevant team members.
* Anticipate client equipment and infrastructure needs in alignment with provincial or regional projects.
* Coordinate with departments such as Technical Service, IT, Marketing, and others to ensure account success and manage P&L responsibilities.
* Support technical service to enhance maintenance and service contracts.
* Create business plans, set long-term goals, and monitor competitors to inform marketing strategies.
* Manage discounts, sponsorships, and promotions to optimize P&L for each account.
Candidate Profile:
* University degree
* Experience in sales within the medical or hospital industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM knowledge (preferred)
* C1 level English (preferred)
* Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
