We are looking for a proactive and labor law-savvy HR Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of employment regulations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to help shape our company culture.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
1. Establishing and implementing the HR role and its position within the company.
2. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, working time and collective agreements.
3. Oversee all HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
4. Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive workplace culture.
5. Support HR-related legal matters, provide guidance on employment contracts and workplace policies.
6. Facilitating and assisting managers in conducting annual appraisal interviews with employees.
7. Reporting on the status of HR activities to the Management of the company and HQ HR.
8. Managing HR administrative tasks with precision and organization.
9. Enhancing employer branding initiatives.
10. Ensure smooth and constructive collaboration with the working council.
WE APPRECIATE CANDIDATES WITH
1. University degree in Social Sciences.
2. 2-5 years of experience in HR roles (recruitment of marketing and sales positions is an advantage).
3. Up to date knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations and HR policies.
4. Experience working with works councils and understanding co-determination procedures.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
7. Ability to interpret and apply legal frameworks in a business context.
8. Native in Spanish and fluent in English.
9. Driving license and willingness to travel on national territory.
