Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing support to Therma Visayas, Inc. expansion project in day to day operations covering logistics or project team mobilization requirements, requests for payment processing of travels and expenses of personnel, and documentation controller assistance. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in any 4 year related course At least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant capacity At least 1 year of relevant experience Competencies: Able to work with all levels of internal management and staff. Document control and electronic document management system. Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and local applications.
