Your key responsibilities will include:Operational Management:Overseeing the daily operations of the student residence, ensuring excellent service and resident satisfaction.Managing and supervising residence staff, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.Ensuring compliance with all safety, security, and operational regulations.Community & Resident Engagement:Creating and promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for residents.Organizing events and activities that encourage student engagement and integration.Acting as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and university representatives.Financial & Business Management:Managing the residence budget and controlling operational costs.Implementing initiatives to improve occupancy rates and optimize financial performance.Collaborating with the commercial and marketing teams to attract new residents.Service & Quality Improvement:Identifying areas for service improvement and implementing enhancements.Ensuring that residents receive top-tier customer service throughout their stay.ARE YOU THE PERFECT FIT?We are looking for a strong leader with hospitality and operational expertise.
