Tasks: Designing and crafting seasonal
menus
that highlight local produce and reflect the "farm to table" philosophy. Building and maintaining relationships with local farmers and

to ensure the freshest ingredients. Leading, mentoring, and developing the
kitchen team
to achieve high culinary standards. Managing kitchen
operations, including inventory control,
food
cost
management, and adherence to
health and safety regulations. Ensuring each dish meets exceptional standards of taste, presentation, and innovation. Collaborating with management to introduce new ideas and
culinary trends
to enhance the dining experience.
