This role is essential in leading the Transaction Monitoring process, setting AML and Fraud rule parameters, and providing transversal reporting. As a member of the Outpayce team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse team, ensuring continuous improvement, and driving automation initiatives within the Financial Crime Operations team. Your expertise in project management and AML/Fraud prevention will be key in enhancing our operational processes and customer experience.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
* Team Management and Engagement: Lead and support the Financial Crime Operations team, providing feedback and ensuring they have the resources and tools for success.
* Process Improvement: Orchestrate the continuous improvement of customer experience and operational processes within the Financial Crime Operations team.
* Automation Initiatives: Oversee automation projects (RPA) to eliminate inefficiencies and improve service delivery.
* Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support other areas with reporting, dashboard creation, and salesforce reporting.
* Data and Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data and metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes or enhancements.
* Issue Resolution: Follow up on issues until they are resolved and propose solutions for long-term improvements.
What we're seeking:
* Experience: Strong background working in the AML/Fraud field, with experience leading teams.
* Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage and execute projects efficiently.
* Customer Satisfaction Knowledge: Understanding of customer satisfaction metrics and support KPIs.
* Self-Starter: Proactive, with a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
* Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the financial and payments industries, particularly in regulated businesses, AML, and fraud risk management.
