Programme and control the use of both human and production resources in the electrical area, in accordance with the deadlines established by the electrical area, according to the deadlines set by the planning area, maximising quality and minimising costs.
Responsibilities
* Schedule, distribute and control the workload of the area's personnel, complying with the production programme.
* Prepare the necessary devices for the electrical processes.
* Control that personnel comply with the industrial safety regulations and standards described in the company's plan.
* Maintain the equipment and tools in the area in good condition.
* Comply with all procedures and instructions applicable to the area.
* Request the execution of specialisation courses and evaluate the application to their personnel in charge.
* Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
* Perform and introduce measures to improve production methods, equipment operation, and the quality of the service.
* Analyse and solve work problems, assisting them in the solution of problems in their operational work.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
* FP2 training with specialisation in electrical works preferably/ Technical engineering
* This can be supplemented by demonstrable experience in the position
SKILLS LINKED TO THE POSITION:
* Planning and organisation
* Results-oriented
PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
* At least 2 years' experience in similar positions.
