As Userguest accelerates its growth, we are seeking the ideal candidate join our Account management team – EMEA based. The candidate must have experience in hospitality, account management and mostly paid ads (SEM – Google ads and Facebook). Eager candidates will be highly regarded.

Userguest is currently looking for a Paid ads team lead to join our team and work on new exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
· Recruit, mentor, and coach SEM specialists, providing them with the skills and support needed to excel.
· Establish clear goals and performance metrics for team members.
· Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions to foster professional growth and high performance.
· Communicate with customers via phone, email, and video calls to provide support and build long-lasting relationships to support team
· Manage Google Ads campaigns for our clients.
· Optimize existing accounts and implement SEM best practices
· Run Facebook paid campaigns based on customers’ needs and strategies
· Set up regular reporting and strategy calls with customers
· Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking pixels on Google ads and Facebook
· Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement, applying companies cs guidelines and best practices
· Act as the senior point of contact throughout the customer engagement
· Actively identify customer challenges and suggest better solutions for the team
· Act as a customer’s trusted advisor and partner
Requirements:
· Proficient in English (Secondary language a big plus)
· Experience managing a team of account managers
· Techy profile with a Good understanding of e-commerce technical concepts: tracking solutions, Google tag manager, and website scripts.
· Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Experience in hospitality tech and marketing is essential
· Experience running Google ads and Facebook campaigns a MUST
