As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will have a direct impact on advancing patient care through Medtronic’s technologies and therapies. This position will be based in Spain and will be a Remote role.Responsibilities:Plan programmes alongside the Sales Manager and other groups to train customersProvide technical support to customers regarding CAS products and proceduresSupport sales and marketing teams during presentations and introductions of new products and therapiesReport all account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metricsCollate and report all customer feedback, product and legal issues, and customer complaints from product-related eventsCarry out all administrative duties, such as regularly providing activity reports to the Sales ManagerRequired Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or EngineeringFluent Spanish and EnglishKnowledge of electrophysiology procedures and productsCapable of working independently and collaboratively on projects as well as have a Spain-wide viewExcellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organisationDetail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracyExperience in the medical device industry, including a hospital operating room environment, is highly valued.This position also offers the chance to work across Spain and, at times, Western Europe.
