We’re looking for a partnership director for Europe, a smart, hungry, and humble individual who can empower a high-performing team to achieve financial KPIs through streamlined processes, knowledge sharing, strategic vision, and performance marketing expertise. Supported by a substantial budget and a wealth of company knowledge, you will also play a pivotal role in contributing to our growth by scaling new partnerships in emerging markets.

What You Will Do:
* Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback for a team of brilliant and highly motivated professionals.
* Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers and affiliates.
* Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
* Conduct negotiations both internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals.
* Nurture the existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales.
* Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.
* Work together with product heads to find and exploit business cases inside markets.
* Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance.
* Report and identify areas of new opportunities.
* Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow.
* Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges.
What We Expect:
* Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven experience working with digital performance marketing.
* Proven experience in partnership management (influencer, affiliate marketing).
* Sharp sales and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools.
* High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness.
* Perfect spoken and written communication in English language.
* Experience working with international tech/digital products would be considered an advantage.
