We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team and provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, installing and maintaining IT equipment, and escalating complex problems to higher support levels when needed.
Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install and maintain IT equipment.
* Escalate complex problems to higher support levels when needed.
Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in IT support.
* Proficiency in Windows and MacOS systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication abilities.
* High English level required.
