The Media Manager is a person who can demonstrate innovative thinking and experience in managing global/regional media campaigns in PPC.
The successful candidate will own media budgets and campaigns and work with both internal stakeholders and external agencies for planning, implementing and reporting on global paid media activity. They will work in strong collaboration with the Global Digital Growth team towards an aligned digital media strategy and selection of markets for delivering business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for running developing Paid Search strategy, content and initiatives;
* Building innovative ways of working with media & creative agencies for a global media presence;
* Responsible of multi-million dollar annual budgets for achieving business revenue targets;
* Improving digital sales efficiency by identifying cross-market acquisition revenue opportunities;
* The role holder will contribute to the production of outstanding and engaging content with internal marketing and creative agencies;
* Collaborate with the team members to maintain a consistent brand voice across all paid media channels;
* Work with internal regional digital media partners to execute regional paid media plans;
* Working closely with e-commerce, analytics, dev, brand, legal, sales and marketing teams;
* Communication with key stakeholders by reporting, collating metrics and gathering required data to be shared for weekly and monthly reports;
* Collaborate with internal departments and 3rd party partners to ensure smooth paid media strategy implementation;
* Liaise between various lines of business and the social media team, to gather briefs, build forecast and work to timelines, and manage deliverables;
* Delivering excellent marketing activities by strategically utilising all stages of the funnel;
* Stay up-to-date with digital ad trends and potential new channels.
Requirements:
* Education- BA or equivalent level of education in Marketing, Technology or Business;
* Working experience 2+ years work experience in channel;
* Excel knowledge on confident level (pivot tables, graphics, analytics);
* Working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, (e.g. Baidu, Naver, Quora, etc);
* Experience using 3rd part paid search management platform (e.g. Skai, Marin, Search Ads 360, etc);
* Experience in media strategy;
* Knowledge of paid and organic media channels (e.g. SEO) as effective marketing tools;
* Proven record of managing global budgets;
* Experience in campaign implementation and reporting;
* Experience developing a/b test framework;
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects
* Good communication skills
