Where will you work? Our client is a company specialising in insurance management, origination and consultancy for leading financial and distribution institutions in Spain. It offers a full range of services related to personal insurance. Leading European company in personal insurance brokerage, with more than 30 years of experience in the sector.What will you do? You will be in charge of receiving customer calls related to any type of claim, requesting the necessary documentation for its management and providing it to the corresponding departments. You will perform administrative and management tasks, with a commercial focus and direct contact with customers in the German market.During your day-to-day:-Receipt of documentation to manage claims as well as scanning and validating the documentation in the system.-Sending mailings to customers on claims handling (document requests, reminders, closures...).-Support to customer service: information on the status of the claim, insurance policy and other services in progress.-Updating information in the company's system.-Other administrative and management tasks.Who are we looking for? You are the person we are looking for if:- You have experience in administrative management (preferably in insurance companies).- You are a native German speaker.- You have an advanced knowledge of MS office (in particular Excel -proficient level).- You have the ability to work in a team.- You are a dynamic person with initiative.- You are customer service-oriented.- You have great communication.- You are organized, responsible and results-oriented.What do we offer?-Permanent contract.-Working hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 18:00.-3 days of teleworking.-Competitive salary.- A good working environment.
