What will you be doing? 👩💻
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Optimize conversion funnels, run A/B tests, and experiment to improve sign-up and retention rates.
* Build and manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, influencers).
* Leverage experience with consumer-focused products and mobile apps, including expertise in ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies.
* Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
* Manage agency relationships and partnerships to support marketing initiatives.
* Lead efforts in market intelligence and competitive analysis to refine messaging, positioning, and strategies.
* Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
* Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track performance and guide decision-making.
* Test and iterate growth experiments to identify scalable opportunities.
You have: ✔✔✔
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing roles, preferably in digital products, consumer-focused (B2C).
* Proficiency in data analysis, funnel optimization, and cohort-based performance reporting.
* Broad experience across multiple marketing channels (SEO, SEM, mobile marketing, CRO, paid social, lifecycle marketing).
* Ability to evaluate growth metrics (LTV, CAC) and conduct customer segmentation and cohort analysis.
* Knowledge of and experience working with different types of agencies.
* Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels.
* Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
* Experience in freemium models is a plus.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
