Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead the development of the 1.2 GDI engine. This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with new regulations and adaptations for new or existing vehicles/platforms.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development of the 1.2 GDI engine, ensuring compliance with new regulations and adaptations for new or existing vehicles/platforms.
* Manage the design, development, and validation of engine hardware, software, and calibrations.
* Oversee industrialization in manufacturing plants and performance metrics (fuel efficiency, emissions, drivability, NVH).
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and QCDP objectives.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with project development.
* Ensure effective management of activities related to design, purchasing, prototypes, process, manufacturing, supply chain, tuning, and customer performance.
Requirements
* Seniority: At least 10 years of experience.
* Education: Engineering Degree, preferably Master's in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
* Experience: At least 10 years, preferably in PWT tuning and PWT software/system.
* Languages: English, French highly appreciated.
* Skills: Technical experience in engine software/calibration and design, project management, economic management (CAPEX, OPEX), decision-making reports, multicultural teamwork, analysis and synthesis, proactive, problem-solving, client orientation, communication, negotiation, leadership.
