Business Development Manager - Spanish Speaking - SaaS Solutions
Location: San Sebastian, Spain (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join a well-funded fast growing deep-tech company in San Sebastian, Spain.
They provide hyper-efficient software to companies seeking to gain an edge with quantum computing and artificial intelligence. You will drive new sales, develop strategic relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by engaging with C-level executives and navigating complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead new sales generation efforts, developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors and decision-makers.
Understand customer business objectives and conduct a value-driven sales approach.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless deal execution and customer success.
Consistently meet or exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and create repeatable revenue streams.
Provide valuable market insights to internal teams to shape product offerings and sales strategies.
Conduct data-driven ROI analyses and business justification reports.
Manage proof-of-concept (POC) processes aligned with business success criteria.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sourcing and closing six and seven-figure new business deals.
Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience with a quota of €1M+ and a strong record of success.
Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
Demonstrated ability to sell to C-level executives and navigate complex organizational structures.
Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
Knowledge of generative AI and familiarity with large language models (LLMs) is a plus.
Previous experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers, executives, and engineers.
Familiarity with target account selling, solution selling, and sales methodologies is advantageous.
