Role Responsibilities
The role will focus on reaching out to potential students for Glion and Les Roches through various channels (phone, MS Teams, WhatsApp, email) in an engaging and professional manner, guiding them from the initial contact until their application is awaiting acceptance. It will involve organizing initial meetings and counseling sessions with students and their families to understand their needs and advise them on suitable programs, schools, and admission processes.
Additionally, the role will play a key role in collecting application documents and processing application fees. The primary goal will be to achieve strong results in the early stages of conversion for Bachelor's programs at Glion and Les Roches. The Regional Undergraduate Application Manager will collaborate closely with admission teams and regional, central, academic, and marketing stakeholders, supporting final conversion efforts as needed to ensure successful student integration into our campuses.
Education and Professional Skills
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Experience in sales within the international education sector, or experience in another sector with strong high-end customer engagement experience.
3. Passion for the hospitality and luxury sectors, though not mandatory.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Excellent communication skills in French and English with the ability to build relationships, provide advice, and influence. Speaking German will also be desirable.
2. Emotional intelligence, resilience, organizational skills, and knowledge of digital tools.
3. Familiarity with Salesforce, PowerBI, and other digital platforms or CRM.
4. Knowledge of premium brands and services, as well as trends in hospitality and international education.
5. Comfort in a multicultural and international environment.
6. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
