The Night League, the visionary force behind globally celebrated nightlife brands Ushuaïa Ibiza, Hï Ibiza & UNVRS, is seeking a highly talented, adaptable, and innovative Creative Lead to join our expanding creative studio. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of some of the world’s most iconic nightlife experiences.

Frequently collaborating with the world's most influential artists, festivals, and events, The Night League develops bespoke, pioneering concepts that consistently shift the dial of the entertainment industry. The company's dedicated team of event producers, venue operators, booking managers, artist management, marketing, and creative teams expertly fuse music and art to captivate a global audience.
With ambitious plans for both regional and international expansion, including Ushuaïa Dubai Harbor Experience, launching in 2024, and the launch of [UNVRS] (pronounced "Universe"), set to elevate Ibiza's nightlife and entertainment scene, opening summer 2025. The Night League continues to shape the future of global nightlife.
Responsibilities
* Collaborating closely with the Creative Director to translate their vision into innovative designs and campaigns.
* Assisting the Creative Director to lead the creative studio to deliver exceptional content for marketing campaigns across all brands.
* Developing and evolving visual storytelling across video, digital, and social media platforms.
* Presenting and articulating creative concepts clearly to the management team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Ensuring all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and elevates the identity of our portfolio.
* Adopting and integrating emerging technologies and design techniques to push creative boundaries.
* Managing multiple projects with precision, meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
* Acting as a problem-solver, ensuring seamless communication across teams and delivering creative solutions under tight timelines.
* Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude.

Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in design, video & creative writing with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative excellence.
* Proven experience in conceptualising and managing campaigns from ideation to execution.
* Expertise in digital tools and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
* A passion for nightlife, events, and music culture.
* Demonstrated ability to lead creative discussions and manage senior stakeholders effectively.
* Proven ability to deliver compelling designs across a variety of platforms.
Bonus Skills
Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
