Key Responsibilities:
As our Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth across Spain and Europe. You will spearhead strategic initiatives to expand our presence, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate strong, long-term client relationships. This high-impact role offers significant influence within the organisation and the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, ideally based in or near Barcelona or Madrid, Spain.
* Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on selling high-value engineering services for industrial and manufacturing sectors across Spain and broader European markets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively engaging with potential clients and managing inquiries, negotiations, and deal closures alongside Business Leaders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
* Drive business growth by prospecting, identifying, and leveraging new market opportunities.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing, ensuring technical capabilities align with market trends and customer needs.
* Represent CREADIS at industry events, promoting the company’s expertise and expanding its network.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor service offerings to meet client needs.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, OEMs, and industrial leaders.
* Stay ahead of industry trends to position CREADIS as the go-to partner for advanced engineering solutions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in selling technical solutions within engineering related to mechanical systems, process optimization, automation, equipment design or similar.
* Strong ability to develop strategic partnerships and navigate small as well as large complex sales cycles.
* Leadership experience or potential to take on employee management responsibilities in the future.
* Established client network with strong industry connections.
* A self -starter mindset and results-driven, able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
* Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
