Job Description
The Sales Solution Engineer is responsible for acting as the technical lead for complex customer engagements, applying extensive knowledge of solutions and/or verticals to identify technical requirements and formulate solution strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading customer pre-sales meetings to identify technical requirements and formulate solution strategies
* Creating demonstrations of proposed solutions to key customer stakeholders for validation and buy-in
* Coordinating with global services to transition key information and ensuring seamless transfer of customer data
* Providing technical responses for request for proposals (RFPs)
* Identifying and improving internal efficiencies and growing knowledge of the team
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Management Information Systems or Computer Science
* Significant experience in technical sales and relevant industry or technology
* Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and general software implementation methodologies
* Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
