Qualifications
Aeronautical Engineering Degree / Sciences Degree (i.E. Chemical Engineering, etc) or Relevant Work experience in the Technical Office area of an Airline
Requirements
Valuable experience in one or more areas of expertise will be an asset
Airline technical office and operations.
Flight dispatcher/duty officer/manager (in operations control center)
Ground operations Airport/airline
Coordination with the Spanish AESA.
Position duties:
Management of the Technical Office
Management of AOC applications including the Operational Approvals of the Albastar fleet.
Responsible for standardization of the Operations Manual and management of its revisions including:
Maintain updated the registration of external and internal documents of the MO pertaining to the Technical Office.
Review and update the assigned parts of the MO
Creation of new content to adapt to the new regulations or clear non-conformities raise by audits, whether internal or external.
Provide advice to the Operations Area for the control and correct application of the applicable regulations and policies (i.E.EASA, ICAO, Operations Manual,...).
Coordination of the applicable part of the CAA’s audits of the Flight Operations Area.
Coordination of audits and inspections (both internal and external) of the Flight Operations Area.
Coordinate the quality systems, standards and requirements applicable to the Flight Operations Area. (i.E. SMS, Annexes European Basic Reg., IR ...).
FRM indicators / Flight Operations Nominated Person support.
Support to the EFB administrator.
EU ETS and Corsia data control and audit support.
