Summary: As the Product Marketing Expert - Process Mining you’ll work alongside our product, marketing, and sales teams to drive the product marketing strategy for key SAP Signavio solutions; taking complex ideas and communicating them in a simple, elegant way. You’ll hone in on the compelling reasons why customers benefit from our products and solutions and you’ll leverage your creative soul to develop powerful sales pitches and compelling marketing assets.
The Role:
* Lead messaging and positioning for our process mining offering.
* Collaborate with Product Management to create a differentiated product positioning and craft value proposition.
* Deliver assets and collateral to help the sales teams articulate the value of our products and solutions through PowerPoint, imagery, videos, blogs, and product write-ups.
* Craft engaging and high-quality marketing collateral in collaboration with Content Marketing: videos, keynotes, the written word, and the almighty PowerPoint.
* Engage with competitive market analysis experts to enhance our arsenal of competitive weapons.
* Work with other Product Marketing leads, marketing, sales, PR, and event teams to develop coordinated and consistent product launch plans and roll out new product capabilities.
* Contribute to the product strategy in collaboration with product management incorporating market, customer, and competitive insights.
Product Marketing at SAP Signavio is a broad role. As such, we need well-rounded “athletes” who can:
* Be able to put and deliver together compelling pitches that make people want to buy.
* Support enablement of sales colleagues with product content and enablement material, focusing on value provided to customers.
* Develop a point of view and create thought leadership for complex topics like process mining or journey to process analytics.
* Go deep on the product and engage with internal GTM colleagues and customers in new, creative ways.
* Research the market to understand competitive and market dynamics, and use that understanding to guide the field.
* Work with data, and not be afraid to dive into stats and metrics about product usage, pricing analysis, market analysis, etc.
Role Requirement:
* 7+ years of Product Management or Product Marketing experience (Global B2B SaaS experience preferred) with experience in data products.
* Proven track record of crafting compelling customer-facing presentations (you will be asked to provide samples).
* Ability to be successful and drive projects in a complex environment.
* Strong skills in communication, presenting, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally.
* University degree or similar qualification, with preference for Sciences/Engineering, Business or Marketing.
* Knowledge of Process Mining preferred, Knowledge of Process Mining or Business Intelligence is preferred. Business Process Management is a plus.
* Excellent proficiency in the English language, German proficiency a plus.
* Willingness to travel 25%.
