SOUNDMACHINE ( is a leading music and technology company specializing in providing background music services to businesses like fashion boutiques, coffee houses and hotels. The company operates out of two offices, Los Angeles and Madrid, serving customers across more than 115 countries.
As we continue to expand in Spain, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Spain to generate new business opportunities and drive growth in the market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, setting up meetings for the sales team, and nurturing early-stage sales opportunities. This is an ideal position for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to grow in B2B sales within the SaaS and music-tech industry.
Key responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and research potential Enterprise and Medium-sized business clients in Spain.
·
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest in SoundMachine's services.
·
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
·
Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of leads in the CRM system.
Sales Engagement & Relationship Building:
·
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce them to SoundMachine's solutions.
·
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
·
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, demos, and proposals.
·
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
Collaboration & Growth:
·
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help refine sales strategies.
·
Work alongside the marketing team to optimize campaigns and lead generation efforts.
·
Develop expertise in SoundMachine's platform and value proposition to effectively communicate benefits to potential customers.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
·
1-2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech company.
·
Prior experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, or lead qualification is a plus.
Skills:
·
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·
Confident in conducting outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
·
Understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to identify business opportunities.
·
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Qualifications:

Native or near-native Spanish speaker with strong communication skills in English.
·
Bachelor's degree.
·
Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
