Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development to oversee a sales and business development team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, a proven track record in sales and business management, and a passion for client success.
Responsibilities
Sales and Business Management:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets, revenue generation, and profitability goals.
* Foster a proactive sales culture and promote cross-selling opportunities across accounts, PDS services, and industry verticals.
* Identify key market trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities to better position JLL in the marketplace.
Team Leadership and People Development:
* Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear expectations, and providing guidance and resources required for success.
* Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, ethics, and excellence.
Client Relationship Management and Client Success:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
* Collaborate with BDs to understand client objectives, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in sales and business management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry and/or in construction.

* Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
