Senior Channel Services Development PMDescription -TheSenior Channel Services Development PMwill manage two main responsibilities:Evolving HP's Channel Services programs infrastructure to scale business. They will seek opportunities to incorporate new technologies and governance methodology to improve team efficiencies/effectiveness. Work to strengthen connections and build efficiencies across organizations and value chain to channel partner communities.Support HP’s Renew and Sustainability sales strategy through our global channel segment. This individual will act as a key liaison between sales/partner channels and stakeholders. They will define guidance, drive teams and support goal achievement with strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.The role will manage in multiple directions while maintaining relationships with upper-level stakeholders. This individual will coordinate between product management and channel teams and provide recommendations for departmental or process improvements. The role also engages in mentoring and guiding lower-level employees, thereby ensuring continuous individual as well as team development.ResponsibilitiesManage cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate projects, ensuring timely delivery and that all objectives are met.Identify and integrate industry best practices, trends, and innovations into HP's enablement strategy.Develop project guidelines, contingency plans, objectives, and deliverables to drive successful outcomes.Provide recommendations/consultation to management on areas for departmental or implementation process improvements.Proactively monitor and identify potential risks, developing mitigation plans as needed.Execute centrally designed initiatives on a global scale.Act as a liaison between the GBU and markets, ensuring the implementation of global strategies and consideration of market feedback.Oversee the delivery of internal projects, typically encompassing very large scale and complex projects, spanning single or multiple regions, presenting a very high level of associated risk.Manage project financials, consistently meeting or surpassing approved budgets, and ensure the provision of dependable financial forecasts to the management.Maintain and nurture relationships with upper-level stakeholders within the organization.Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.Contribute innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.Provide mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.Drive channel program adoption and growth by identifying partner opportunities with HP’s Renew portfolio.Create resource packages, programs and best practices for HP Business Development Managers (BDM) to support partners. Interface with channel sales resources ensuring alignment to achieve fiscal targets.Work closely with Renew channel business leader on enablement strategy, key deliverables and metrics.Education & Experience RecommendedFour-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units, and with global projects, channel ecosystem, or a related field.Preferred CertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP)Knowledge & SkillsGrowth mindsetCreative thinkingStrong communication skillsAbility to network, collaborate across organizational boundariesUnderstanding of global market dynamicsMetric/goal orientedChange ManagementKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Milestones (Project Management)Process ImprovementThe base pay range for this role is $115,850 to $178,400 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
