FUNCTIONS
Daily operation:
* Accounting of invoices and monitoring until payment
* Business Advice/Support role: direct contact with Local Team/Suppliers
* Collaboration with other departments
* Continuous Training + understand Group processes (TAP)
Improvements:
* Identify GAPS of the TAPs and propose improvements for operational processes
* Focus not only on quantity but also on quality of posting
TRAINING
* Bachelor's or diploma in ADE or at least a degree in finance with notions of accounting
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
* At least one year of administrative experience in an accounting department.
LANGUAGES AND EXPERIENCE
* French intermediate level
* 1-2 years of working experience related to accounting and/or within finance departments
CONTRACT
* Important to not have had this type of contract in the past (due to Spanish law)
