Marosa is a leader in tax technology solutions, based in Vigo, Spain. We develop cutting-edge software that simplifies global VAT compliance for multinational companies. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts.
Who you are:
* A minimum of 8–10 years of marketing experience in B2B environments, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software.
* Proven track record of building and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
* Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, product marketing, and performance analytics.
* Strong experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing and revenue goals, particularly in long sales cycle or consultative selling environments.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and scale marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional initiatives across product, sales, and customer success.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex product offerings into clear, compelling messaging.
* Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and decision-making.
* Fluent in English.
