Job Description:
About the role: The role is within the Team Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement, supporting the orchestration of global & local campaigns, portfolio prioritization, and campaign brand compatibility.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and drive all aspects of Marketing Automation, supporting the Head Digital Campaigns & Demand Center in the Marketing Operation Studio Madrid.
2. Support the management, development, and maintenance of the marketing automation platform, ensuring integration with other marketing tools and systems.
3. Develop and maintain a lead scoring model and lead qualification process to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics based on data-driven insights, including engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
5. Database management with segmentation, list acquisition/import, data cleansing, web form capture, lead management, etc.
6. Be an expert throughout the entire customer data value chain from data capture, storage, processing, segmentation, activation, and visualization.
7. Support the SAP Marketing Cloud platform development based on Agile/Scrum methodology.
8. Identify performance issues and conduct root cause analysis using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
9. Develop reporting or visualization dashboards to communicate campaign impact and strategic KPIs.
10. Identify and evaluate new opportunities and emerging trends.
11. Act as a consultant to internal customers, developing solid relationships with stakeholders.
12. Implement Straumann Group's digital strategy and adjust plans accordingly.
13. Continuously assess and improve processes along the customer journey.
14. Support management in budget management and resource planning.
15. Manage vendor and agency relationships where required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in marketing or business administration or equivalent experience.
2. 3+ years professional experience in performance marketing, preferably in the medical device industry or agency environment.
3. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and proficiency in Google Analytics.
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on time.
5. Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate effective working relationships in an international matrix environment.
6. Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language is an advantage.
