We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with strong leadership skills and experience managing a team to act as the main point of contact with our key stakeholders—the event promoters (circuits).In this role, you will lead a team of 4 people and work closely with circuit partners to develop and execute event promotion strategies, ensuring successful communication and alignment on all marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in driving audience engagement, ticket sales, and overall event visibility by working together with promoters to deliver impactful campaigns and promotional activities. Be part of a passionate team shaping the future of MotoGP events and bringing fans closer to the excitement of the sport!ResponsibilitiesManage and support a team of 4, ensuring effective collaboration, clear direction, and a focus on achieving resultsMinimum of 10 years of experience in team management within marketing, sponsorship, or event promotion.Serve as the primary point of contact for circuit promoters, managing all aspects related to event promotion and ensuring a strong, collaborative relationship.Work closely with promoters to design and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to each event’s audience and objectives.Generate and implement fresh ideas to enhance event visibility, increase ticket sales, and boost audience engagement.Collaborate with promoters and internal teams to develop initiatives that enrich the fan experience, ensuring memorable and engaging event experiences.Demonstrate a proactive and driven attitude, pushing forward new ideas and strategies to ensure the growth and impact of this promotional effort.Ensure all promotional activities meet deadlines and are delivered with a high level of quality.Track, analyze, and report the impact of promotional activities, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns.Experience – What We Would Love to See in YouProven experience in marketing, sponsorship, or event promotion, preferably in the sports or entertainment industries.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize effectively.Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.A creative mindset, capable of proposing and developing innovative ideas to enhance promotional strategies and audience engagement.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including event promoters and internal teams.High proficiency in both English and Spanish.Familiarity with communication, documentation, and task management tools such as Slack, Confluence, or Monday.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration and management, or a related field.Based in Barcelona or Madrid, with the ability to work from the office two to three times per week.
