About the Role
We are looking for a skilled event coordinator to create unforgettable experiences for top executives of well-known companies across 15+ cities and six countries.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate monthly meetups, recruiting and training local hosts and assistants as needed
* Select unique venues that provide an atmosphere of hospitality
* Deliver events with 10-30 attendees per meetup, feeling like a 'home away from home'
* Organize large-scale conferences in London and Munich, with 100-150 attendees each
* Manage venue selection, logistics, staffing, and all event details
* Collaborate with content teams and demand generation managers to ensure high attendance
* Build relationships with stakeholders, embodying SAWOO's values

Your Profile
* Multilingual expertise: fluent in English, German, and optional French
* Proven track record: experience in organizing large-scale events across multiple locations
* Hospitality-driven: understanding and embodiment of unreasonable hospitality principles
* Leadership skills: strong ability to recruit, train, and manage local teams remotely
* Tech-savvy: skilled in tools like ClickUp, Slack, and CRM platforms or a fast learner
