As a Sales Manager TMS (Transport Management Systems), you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively looking for new TMS customers and expanding our client base.
2. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
3. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.
4. Work closely with TMS project directors in order to understand and communicate to the client the capabilities of our solutions.
Qualifications
1. Degree or certification in Sales or equivalent is a plus.
2. At least 3 years of proven experience in working with or selling TMS Solutions.
3. Strong track record in business development and account management within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
4. Knowledge and/or working experience with Warehouse Management Systems and warehouse operations is a plus.
5. Knowledge in Salesforce is a plus.
6. Good level of English is mandatory; French speaking skills are a plus.
7. Ability to be autonomous and proactive in client seeking and managing.
8. Strong Team Spirit and Motivation.
