Specifically, the DIGITECH department, housed within the GDC, plays a critical role in defining technology and architecture strategy aligned with the business vision, as well as Digital delivery.Main areas of responsibilities:Delivery Technical ownershipBrings in depth technical expertise in solution development.Understanding of the business requirements and transferring them into project deliverables.Assessing the technical requirements when selecting new solutions (focused on mobile apps).Ensures that DIGITECH solutions align with the latest industry standards, technological trends, and best practices.ReleaseCollaborate with cross functional teams to define release scope, objectives, and timelines.Develop and maintain a comprehensive release plan, including release schedules, milestones, and dependencies.Coordinate release activities, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.Oversee the execution of release activities, including code deployments, configuration changes, and data migrations.Coordinate thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the stability and functionality of the platform.Identify areas for process improvement and automation to enhance release efficiency and quality.Collaborate with the development team and agency to implement best practices and optimize release processes.Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in eCommerce platforms, Azure, and Magento.Stay up to date with CI/CD industry test, test automation, DevSecOpsSLAs and KPIsEstablish and monitor service levels and performance metrics to measure IT Service Catalog team effectiveness and productivity.Provide accurate reports and metrics for management reporting.Drive pro consumer customer initiatives and activities through KPI SLA setup, to reduce time to resolution, reduce number of incidents etc.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Delivery Management in large teams (25+ people).5+ years of experience in anEngineering Leadership Role ( Application Engineer,Solution Architect, Team Lead, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager or similar role).5+ years of experience in working with and be directly involved in the development of internet commercial solutions / pl
